The Developer Infill Housing Incentive is available to those who want to build homes in established neighborhoods south of 17th Avenue. The following incentives are eligible for applicants:

  • Building Permit Fee Waiver (up to $1,500)
  • Refund of Water/Sewer Tap Fees
