1. What are the operating hours for City Hall?

City Hall’s regular business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are currently closed to the public due to COVID but all departments are still working and available by phone.

Streetlight outages are handled by Evergy.  You can reach them at 1-800-383-1183, or you can report them online at www.evergy.com.

3. How do I find out who owns a piece of property?

You would need to contact the Reno County Assessor’s Office at 620-694-2915 or visit the County web site at www.renogov.org

4. How do get a copy of my birth certificate/marriage license?
