What's new at the zoo?
  • We have a great Valentines Day gift idea for the animal lover in your life.  Celebrate Valentines Day with a unique gift of adoption! 
  • Junior Keeper registration starts Feb. 15th! Check out our education page for more details.
  • March 1st is National Pig Day. Come help us celebrate the intelligent pig starting at 11:00 a.m! This is for all ages and there is no cost, but space is limited to 60 participants. Please register by February 28th by emailing shellye@hutchgov.com.
  • On January 15th, Poof, the Black-Footed Ferret visited the Kansas Wetlands Education Center to help educate visitors on the local conservation efforts to ensure this species survival.
