Celebrate the 50th anniversary of Dr. Seuss at the Hutchinson Zoo! The Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) is proud to introduce a new opportunity for our visitors. AZA invites families who are passionate about education, and interested in learning more about wildlife conservation, to enter the Rhythm of Conservation Sweepstakes. You can enter daily from April 1st through June 15th. On the site, visitors may also browse interactive educational activities and lessons about conservation and learn about a different animal each day.
May 14th the zoo will begin undergoing significant renovation of the Horn and Antler Deck and Staying Alive areas. Through the summer months visitors will have limited access to these areas. Please be patient with us as we work towards providing a more beautiful zoo for future generations of visitors and animals!
