The Public Art Design Council works to develop quality public art across a broad aesthetic range to reflect the City and the minds of its citizens. Public art is shown to improve quality of life and encourage greater economic development among other benefits to the public good. The PADC is responsible for reviewing, advocating and developing public art projects in the public domain for the City of Hutchinson.
