UPDATE: APPLE LANE CLOSURE FOR CONSTRUCTION TO BEGIN FEBRUARY 22

Apple Lane will be closed between 17^th Avenue and 20^th Avenue beginning February 22 through April 1 for bridge and asphalt work. Detour routes will be posted during construction.

Closure Date: February 8^th – March 25^th 

Contractor: Pearson Construction, LLC – General contractor

                                Mies Construction – Subcontractor

Construction Sequencing:

Mies Construction: Will be removing a section of Apple Lane to replace the existing timber bridge with a reinforced concrete box.

Pearson Construction, LLC:  After Mies Construction finishes the concrete box Pearson will be removing the existing asphalt street and replacing it with new asphalt pavement.
