I tried to find a place on the city website to report this lot at the corner of east 23rd and Brentwood but couldn't find anything. So I joined here just so I could report this because the grass and weeds are so high I can't see cars coming from the west while I am on Brentwood...to turn east onto 23rd. I sit in a low riding car. Its getting dangerous for drivers. The grass is most certainly over six inches tall. I took a photo of it but don't see a way to upload it. The sidewalk is also being overtaken by the grass and weeds too. Its certainly not someplace I would want to go down for a walk. I do not know if this is a city owned lot or not, but I know the city oversees over grown properties.

Create a leaf vacuum program where residents can rake their leaves into/along the street and have a City vacuum go by and pick up the leaves. The discarded leaves can then be used for mulch, which can be sold or used for city purposes. Since it would mostly benefit the stormwater sewer system, can you use stormwater fees to pay for it?
