Community gardens are any piece of land that is gardened by a group of people. There are many different types of community gardens: Allotment, Cooperative, Youth, Therapeutic, and Entrepreneurial. Community gardens may be eligible to receive community garden incentives from the City. The city does not regulate who may create a community garden. However, to receive an incentive from the City, the applicants must be any group of at least three unrelated persons not residing in the same household.
